Compliance Panel

The Compliance Panel was endorsed by the Eucomed Board in March 2010 and is composed of three members:

• Bernard Maillet
• Nancy Russotto

The Compliance Panel provides guidance on interpretation of the Eucomed Code and these dispute resolution principles.
Exceptionally and under specific conditions, the Compliance Panel may also act as a first and last instance decision-maker on disputes raised.
